
What to Expect: BOOST

Do you want to work out, but don't want to work out alone?
Do you want to improve strength, but you are overwhelmed at the idea of starting with 45-minutes of strength training?
Do you need a month commitment to get you motivated?
If so, then BOOST is for you. BOOST meets weekly for a month and is meant to be an introduction training to both strength and flexibility. We have multiple levels of experience from new to fitness to experienced. This is a great fit for people who want to workout in a series with the same people each week. This takes the stress out of being in a drop-in class with random people or a in a class that is too long. As a group we build strength and flexibility over the month by increasing the strength workout by 15 minutes each week.
