The 100 Mile Club is your invitation to move with purpose, connect with your community, and build sustainable wellness habits—one mile at a time. Whether you walk, run, bike, swim, roll, or row, every mile counts toward your goal.

How it Works: From September through May 1, track your movement and convert your activity into challenge miles. Once you hit 100 miles, you’ll earn a 100 Mile Club T-shirt and a spot on our 100 Mile Honor Roll!

Activity conversions:

  • Run / Walk / Roll / Row: 1 mile = 1 challenge mile
  • Biking: 4 miles = 1 challenge mile
  • Swimming: 1 mile = 4 challenge miles

How to track your miles:

Choose the method that works best for you:

  • Online Form: Click button below or scan QR codes posted around the Athletic/Rec Complex
  • Printable Tracker: Download here

UVM PFG Athletic facility distances: 

  • Pool: 66 laps (down and back) = 1 mile
  • Indoor Upper Track: 8.75 laps = 1 mile
  • Indoor Lower Track: 10 laps = 1 mile
  • Biking: 1609.34 meters = 1 mile

Earn rewards:

  • 100 Miles: Custom T-shirt with exclusive logo
  • Top Movers: Prizes for top students and employees (awarded in May 2026)

Once you reach 100 miles, submit your form to claim your prize and get added to our 100 Mile Honor Role! Keep logging miles all year long—every step counts!
