Facility Reservations
UVM Departments, Clubs, and Recognized Organizations
- Recognized UVM groups (i.e. those assigned a budget number) may reserve space in the athletics facility.
- UVM organizations must submit space requests using the space reservation website (EMS).
- Space requests should be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Requests that do not meet the 2-week minimum lead-time may be denied.
- All requests for space are subject to approval by the Athletic Department.
- Questions about using the space reservation system should be directed to University Event Services at (802) 656-5665.
- Facility Rental Rates and Fees:
- Facility Rental Rates will continue to be waived for recognized UVM groups (some exceptions may apply)
- All groups (UVM/Non-UVM) will be subject to service charges, staffing charges, and coordination fees where applicable.

- Additional fees may apply pending quantities and requests.

Non-UVM Organizations
- Community organizations who meet insurance requirements may request to rent space within the Athletic Complex. Insurance Requirements
- All groups (UVM/Non-UVM) will be subject to facility rental fees, service charges, staffing charges, and coordination fees where applicable.
