Group Fitness Class Descriptions

We offer two types of group fitness classes. In-person classes take place in the Group Fitness Hub in Studios C114A, C114B, C117, and C121. You arrive, check-in at the desk, and then go to the studio. We do not have a reservation system for our classes, it is first come first serve. If you have any questions, the friendly Fitness Hub Attendant is happy to help, or ask the class instructor. We also offer in-person Les Mills classes with a virtual instructor. These classes also take place in the Group Fitness Hub studios and lead by an instructor being streamed onto a large screen in the studio.

For both types of classes, arrive early to set up equipment so you are ready to go at the class start time. We encourage you to move at your own pace and make modifications that suit your body and fitness level.

Looking to build confidence and master the fundamentals? Although we do not offer beginner classes try a BOOST 4-week series—a supportive, small-group experience designed to help you develop proper technique, understand how to adjust intensity, and connect more deeply with your workouts. With personalized guidance and in-depth instruction, you'll gain the tools to move safely, effectively, and with purpose.
