Assist in the administration and management of operational, staffing, and programming aspects of the fitness programs. PERSONAL TRAINER
Personal trainers develop individualized programs specific to the needs of each client. During sessions, trainers show clients how to execute exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness. Programs are based on the client’s goals as well as the physiological and functional assessment results discovered during intake. Our trainers provide the instruction and motivation client’s need to reach their health and fitness goals. As a team we are dedicated to designing safe, attainable, and individualized fitness programs.
