Boost: A Four-Week Fitness Journey
Are you looking to kickstart your movement journey? Join Boost , our exciting four-week movement series designed just for you! This series is absolutely FREE with a group fitness pass.
Unlike our drop-in classes, Boost lets you train with the same group for four weeks, helping you build a strong community and stay motivated. Whether you’re new to movement at the Hub or just looking to mix things up, Boost is the perfect way to get started.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Weekly in-person sessions that progress over a full month
- Hands-on guidance with equipment and technique
- Expert advice on proper form and avoiding common mistakes
- A supportive group to inspire and motivate you
- One-month commitment

Each Boost class includes:
- A quick check-in for the group
- A focus and theme for the class that progresses each week
- Movement - progressed and tailored to the group
- Time throughout class and at the end of class for questions and accommodations

Cost:
- Student/Faculty/Staff/Member Group Fitness Pass Holders: FREE, but you must register to participate
- Students: $15 (non-Group Fitness Pass Holders)
- Faculty/Staff/Members: $20 (non-Group Fitness Pass Holders)

- Tuesday, 12-1pm - Aligned: Flow, Release & Restore - 121 Justina
- Monday, 7:30-8:30pm – Ballet: Foundations, Core & Stretch - 114B - Olivia
- Saturday, 9-10am - Gym-Timidation - Fitness Center - Kaylee
- Sunday, 8:30-9:30am - Women on Weights - Fitness Center - Kaylee
- Fall II (October 7-Nov 2, 2025, Registration closes Oct 2)
