FITNESS HUB ATTENDANT
Support the Fitness Programs Instructors in daily operations, staff support, equipment management and program/ patron logistics. We are looking for students excited to deliver excellent customer service when processing participants into class using computer software, assisting with administrative duties and acting as support staff for instructors.

FITNESS HUB HEAD SUPERVISOR
In addition to serving as a Fitness Hub Supervisor, the Fitness Hub Head Supervisor assists the Fitness Coordinator of Campus Recreation, Fitness Programs with day-to-day management of the Fitness Hub staff management and operations.

FITNESS HUB SUPERVISOR
Assist in the administration and management of operational, staffing, and programming aspects of the fitness programs. The Fitness Programs Supervisor main functions in this position are administrative duties, which include management of human resources, payroll, tracking fitness visits, and support implementation of fitness programs and management of program logistics. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Instruct positive, engaging, and impactful group fitness classes as part of a team committed to student growth. We’re looking for group fitness instructors who are enthusiastic, collaborative leaders with a passion for intentional fitness, wellness, and personal development. Our primary goal is to mentor and support emerging instructors, and we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
For UVM students, we hire on a rolling basis and provide comprehensive training. All interested applicants are encouraged to audition, regardless of current certification status, and to pursue certification before teaching.
While our program is student-centered, we also hire non-students as needed to support group fitness offerings and assist in mentoring new instructors (scroll down below).
Other Requirements/Certifications:
CPR, First Aid, AED Certification and professional certification in Group Fitness Instructor (e.g. ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NETA) or ability to obtain upon hire.
