Payroll Information
Complete the I-9 form, then select your employee type (Undergrad, Graduate, or Temp)
- Step 1: Complete the Federal I-9 Form
- Print the I-9 Form
- Complete only the top half of page 1
- Do not write the date yet
- Bring Identification (Required)
- Bring one of the following forms of identification:
- US Passport
- State-issued Driver’s License/Photo ID + Social Security Card
- State-issued Driver’s License/Photo ID + Birth Certificate
- Additional acceptable forms of identification are listed on page 2 of the I-9 form
- Please check your documents before arriving
- Documents must be original and unexpired. Copies cannot be accepted.
- This step must be completed before you can work or be paid

- Step 3: Set up direct deposit in PeopleSoft

Graduate Student Employees (work study & non-work study)
New Staff:
