
WE Group Fitness Pass & Details
The cost to register for this pass is $0. You must attend a total of 10 in-person classes before 5/11/2021 to earn your pass free-of-charge. Every class attended earns a portion of the cost of the pass (10% or $7.00). You will be billed for any unused portion of the pass at the end of the semester. The pass has a $70 value.

- You may not make any class reservations until you get a confirmation email that your membership has been approved. This may take up to two (2) business days. We are hosting FREE WEEK from 2/1-2/7. This will allow you to try before you buy! You can make class reservations during this week without having to sign up for the pass.

- YES! Log in to your account with your netid (not 95#) and password
- NO! Click "Create Account" with your netid (not 95#) and password
- Click the "Group Fitness" tab at the top of the page.
- Click "Classes" to view available slots for a specific class or click "Calendar" to view all available classes by day.
- After finding the class you wish to reserve your spot for, click the green "Sign Up" button to enroll.
- Note that you will need to purchase a group fitness pass in order to sign up. You will be prompted to purchase a pass if you have not already done so when you go to sign up.
- You will be emailed a reservation confirmation.
Click here to view pdf with instructions. Abusing the the WE Group Fitness pass or demonstrating dishonesty with your class visits will result in your pass being revoked and you will be charged $10 for each class visit you have attended to date to cover the cost of the pass usage.
In the rare case you signed in manually on a sheet at the desk, Campus Rec Fitness Programs will take up to five business days to process the visit. If you had a reservation and signed in with with your CatCard or Get Mobile and your visit is missing, please fill out this form. You can contest a missing class attendance up to 14 days after the visit.

The group fitness pass grants the pass holder access to an unlimited number of group fitness classes during that semester. Arrive to the class of your choice and check-in with your reservation. For details reservations and cancelations, please review the Fitness Programs COVID information before attending class.
To check-in, we require an active Cat Card or the Get Mobile on your iPhone.
There is no minimum or maximum in a week, find a pace that works for you.
In order to request a cancellation, please email wellness.environment@uvm.edu - you must request cancellation within 7 days of pass activation.
