Info for Fitness Programs
Reservations for Group Fitness:
- A reservation is required for ALL group fitness classes, don't have a reservation? No problem we can reserve a spot for you when you arrive if there is space.
- We request a cancellation for a reservation if a member cannot attend class.
Reservations for In-Person Group Fitness:
- Reservations open every Monday, one week in advance, at 12am and close when class begins.
- Check-in for reservation 10 minutes before class start time, or you may forfeit your reservation.
- The waitlist is active until one hour before class.
- We require cancellation one hour before class if a pass holder cannot attend class.
- If a reservation is not canceled one hour before class and the "no show, no cancel" causes other pass holders to lose a spot in the class, your account will be billed $10 per missed group fitness reservation. This ONLY applies in the case of a FULL class.
- Your access to Campus Recreation facilities and programming is suspended if you have an unpaid overdue balance.
Reservations for REMOTE Group Fitness:
- Reservations are rolling and open as soon as the class is listed and close when class begins.
- We cannot guarantee admission if you do not check in for a reservation by the class start time.
Participant hygiene and safety:
- Bring a full water bottle and towel to class.
- Members are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands before class and after class.
Equipment:
- Bring your own mat to class.
- Participants are responsible for wiping down equipment before and after use.
- Do not share equipment.
- If you choose to use cubbies, please wipe down cubbies before and after use.
