Justina Wentworth Reichelt is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Fitness Programs in the Department of Athletics at the University of Vermont where she has worked for more than eight years. Prior to joining UVM, Justina attended Keene State College on a full scholarship as a four-year varsity athlete in field hockey and graduated with a BS in Physical Education. After graduating, she pursued working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in private gyms. Before returning to Keene State in 2008 as a Recreation Sports staff member, she taught high school Physical Education and coached field hockey. In addition to her role as a Facility Manager and Fitness Coordinator at Keene State Recreation Sports, she earned her MBA at Plymouth State University and 200 RYT from Yoga School Institute. Justina’s passion about the development of mind, body, and spirit through fitness and wellness has grown throughout her 18 years of involvement in athletics and fitness.
Justina has a diverse knowledge and experience as she a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, 500-hour RYT, and Souluna Life Coach. She is also trained in a variety of fitness modalities such as Personal Training, Mat Pilates, Yoga, TRX, Les Mills BodyPump, Les Mills RPM, and Spinning.
A New Hampshire native, Reichelt currently lives in Stowe with her husband Bill and three sons. She enjoys passing her love for wellness on others through mentoring instructors and trainers at the University of Vermont. She believes in continually expanding her heart and mind to benefit others who thrive to intentionally improve.
