Nikki Ackerly

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Nikki brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and coaching expertise to every session. She holds bachelor's degrees in both Athletic Training and Nursing, and her professional background includes working with critically ill dialysis patients and serving in a rural school system before transitioning fully into health, fitness, and wellness. Now based in Vermont for the past decade, she lives with her husband, two children, and their rescue dogs, Ziggy and Marley.

Her coaching approach is rooted in making fitness both fun and effective, creating safe, challenging, and personalized workouts for individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. She emphasizes education around heart rate training and proper exercise techniques, and she recently deepened her skills through UVM’s Certified Health and Wellness Coaching course. Her certifications include ACE Personal Training, Spinning®, kettlebell training (HKC and StrongFirst), and CPR, First Aid & AED. Passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, she’s committed to guiding clients toward becoming their strongest, healthiest selves.

Eli Barrett

Eli, a native Vermonter, has been teaching fitness, wellness, and life-saving skills for over a decade. With a belief that there's a wellness path for everyone, he’s passionate about helping individuals discover what works best for them. Eli holds a B.S. in Nutrition & Food Science and an M.S. in Executive Leadership, and he is currently completing his M.S. in Nursing. His diverse certifications include ACE, NETA, AFAA, TRX, Les Mills, Spinning®, and IDEA. He is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Reiki Master. In addition, Eli serves as a regional and national Instructor Trainer for the American Red Cross.

Anna Biziukova

Anna is passionate about movement, blending her love for skiing with her academic background in Occupational Therapy at the University of Vermont to deliver personalized, purpose-driven training. She focuses on strength, cardio, and rehabilitation, aiming to make every session both impactful and empowering. Certified in Personal Training and CPR/First Aid, Anna is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals in a supportive, motivating environment. When she's not training, you’ll find her leading high-energy cycling classes that challenge and inspire.

Justina Wentworth Reichelt 

Justina Wentworth Reichelt is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Fitness Programs at the University of Vermont, where she has been a dedicated leader since 2010. A former varsity field hockey athlete at Keene State College, she earned her B.S. in Physical Education (K–12) before beginning her career as a high school physical education teacher, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. She later returned to Keene State in a professional role with Campus Recreation and went on to earn her MBA from Plymouth State University, along with a 200-hour yoga certification from the Yoga School Institute.

With over 20 years of experience in athletics and fitness, Justina is passionate about fostering growth in both individuals and programs. She holds multiple advanced credentials, including ACSM Exercise Physiologist, ACE Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Based in Stowe, Vermont, she enjoys life with her husband Bill and their three sons. Justina is especially committed to mentoring instructors and trainers at UVM, continually expanding her knowledge to inspire and support others on their wellness journey.
