The practice will gradually transition into passive postures that gradually open the hips, thighs, pelvis, and lower back. This class will: free up blocked energy, calm the nervous system, increase flexibility, joint health, and ease of motion, create balance, and cultivate the ability to stay present. Come to this class if you are looking for a yoga practice that will help you de-stress! (C121, Group Fitness Hub)
- BARRE Using light to moderate weighted barbells with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total-body strength workout. (C114B, Group Fitness Hub)
- TOTAL BODY CYCLING The class consists of a workout for all levels using a variety of techniques on the bike to condition the body. We will use (optional) arm weights, crunches, and push ups while moving to the beat of the music. This class is meant to feel like a dance party on the bike and moves to the music.
