Registration
You can register for Campus Rec passes and activities here! Purchase Group Fitness passes, Vermont Swim School sessions, and more. You can also reserve a squash court. Students, faculty, and staff will use their NET ID and password to access their account and community members will need to set up an account. Not all spaces or activities are available for registration at all times, please check out individual program pages for more information. Can I see how many times I've visited the Campus Rec facilities and group fitness classes?
Yes! Log in using the link above with your NETID and password. Under the drop down menu click “My Account” and “Track My Pass Visits”. Choose the date range that you would like to view your visits for and click Submit. A pdf report will be emailed to you.
How do I sign my kids up for a program?
Once you have an account as the parent/guardian, you will need to add your child as a dependent. Here is how to do that:
- Parent/guardian should sign in to their account as usual. (See links above)
- After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner.
- Choose Household Account Management from the drop-down list.
- Click Household and Member Update.
- Click Add New Member.
- Add family member and click Save. When you are registering for an activity, the site will ask which family member you want to add.
Getting an aging date error? Some programs or activities are only available to certain ages. While logged in:
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Choose Household Account Management from the drop-down list.
- Click Household and Member Update
- Edit/enter the date of birth for yourself or the family member you are trying to register.
- Click Save.
Refund Policy
While Campus Recreation typically does not provide refunds for programs, passes, and activities, a refund may be available for special circumstances and will be provided on a case-by-case basis. For inquiries regarding refunds, please email or call (802) 656-3070.
Payment Types
Campus Recreation accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and check made out to UVM.
