
RISE - Rally's Introductory Strength Essentials
RISE is a multi-phase total body strength training program with pre-designed workouts that progress week-by-week to help you build muscular strength and endurance. You can start at any time. When you’re done with one phase, stop by the fitness center front desk to get the next or print out from the pdfs below. When done, we'll have six phases that you can repeat as many times as you wish.
