Regular physical activity offers numerous health benefits. The CDC recommends 150 minutes of activity per week. UVM Campus Rec is encouraging you to move 600 minutes during March. Move your body any way YOU choose. Challenge yourself!
- The challenge runs February 27 – April 2. Join at any time!
- Participating is easy: Find the "challenge' QR code to record your active minutes as you do them. These are located throughout the PFG building. Or click here for the form. If you would prefer a paper log, visit the Gucciardi fitness center reception desk.
- Prizes: Campus Rec staff will tally your minutes at the end of the challenge and reach out with some fun swag!
